This is not a body-in-the-shop position. Salespeople help drive the business while they are on shift. You are expected to greet, sell, upsell, keep the room inviting, and protect cash, product, IDs, discounts, and store rules.

Full trust is not handed over on day one. Training, register access, product responsibility, solo shifts, and more responsibility are earned in stages through reliability, integrity, product knowledge, and sales performance.
