At Mando’s Spot, we stand by the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately upon delivery.

  • Please send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to mandosspot1924@gmail.com or submit them directly through our website form.

  • Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Important Notes

  • Requests made without photo proof cannot be processed.

  • Refunds or replacements are only available for products reported on the day of delivery.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage.
