  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please verify your information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Mando’s Spot is not responsible for carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your package is lost in transit, email us at mandosspot1924@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue.

Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately upon delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Email mandosspot1924@gmail.com for assistance.
