It was originally created as a Thai appetizer meal wrapped in green leaves and filled with a variety of vegetables, including lettuce, cabbage, peanuts, dried shrimp, and chilies. Regarding Lay's, this flavor is particularly unique. Some citrus can be tasted. Though not very fishy, the aftertaste is slightly beefy. It's not a flavor that lingers in your mouth for long, but it's still rather pleasant. Unquestionably a taste that can only be found in Thailand.
